A good Realtor always values and places Client happiness above and beyond anything else. That is a fundamental quality Salman believes in very strongly. He puts his client's happiness by communicating effectively every step of the way.  Real Estate buying and/or selling decisions are complex. To make the right selection, the correct and relevant information is critical. Salman will make this process of information transfer very easy and seamlessly as proven from his Adjunct Instructor position at Wake Tech.  He has been teaching Linux at Wake Tech community college successfully for the past 5 years. Salman brings his Executive Functioning skills, which includes adopting and disseminating new Technology and Time Management skills, from his experience working at IBM for the past 7 years as a Cloud Computing Administrator. His other experience includes 6 years as a very successful Commercial Loan office at a regional bank in the Greater Chicago area and that is where he learned the art of negotiations.  

 Salman is originally from India and moved to the US in 1990. He later moved to the Raleigh/Durham/Cary area after reading that this area is one of the top 10 places to live and raise a family in; according to the Wall Street Journal. This Wall-Street Journal article based the ranking for the following features: low crime rate, good schools, and even the number of days of sunshine our Triangle area gets in a year. He believes that this is the best decision of his life. This Ranking assessment holds true even today as proven by numerous other magazine rankings Raleigh/Cary/Durham area as one of the 10 Ten places to live in.  

When Salman is not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and 4 kids, whether it be helping his wife or going on walks with her and the kids on the greenways. These vast numbers of greenways (about 80 miles) were Cary qualified as “Walk Friendly communities Silver level designation up from bronze on April 25 1917” (https://www.townofcary.org/recreation-enjoyment/parks-greenways-environment/greenways). He is also fascinated with the way Cary manages growth and keeps up with the infrastructure.
