Shannon was raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. After graduating from East Carolina University with a Degree in Arts and Sciences, she decided to enter the field of Property Management specifically the multi-family housing industry. She began as a Leasing Professional renting apartment homes in the Durham and Raleigh areas. During this time, she began to understand the market of the surrounding areas as well as strategy of closing a deal with the consumer’s wants and needs in mind. Within two and a half years, she was promoted to Assistant Manager and was awarded the region’s 2019 Core Value Award for Integrity. With this new title, she began to take on the financial side of the business; working closely with the owners of the property.

The experience in Property Management led her to the Real Estate Industry. With her experience in Property Management, she has learned the importance of listening and finding the client’s exact wishes. She believes in creating an atmosphere where integrity and professionalism are key components in making her client’s experience the best.

When Shannon is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter. She also enjoys traveling and baking. She is constantly looking for new ways to grow and expand.
