Summer was born and raised in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, but has called North Carolina home since 2002. She has lived in Jacksonville NC, Raleigh and now resides in Wake Forest.  Summer and her husband Brian have been involved in real estate for many years, but it was not until recently that Summer decided to take a more active role in the market. Since becoming an agent, Summer has focused mainly on the downtown market. She and her husband have bought houses in that area, renovated, and then sold them. Summer has a passion for interior design and has staged all the homes she has listed. She is working on learning more about the design world and would like to take that part of her business further. Summer and Brian also have several properties they own that they do short-term furnished rentals, as well as many long-term unfurnished rentals. 

When not working on real estate, Summer is busy with her blended family of 6 kids.  Their family enjoys sports, the beach, mountains, and lots of quality family time.  Summers' husband Brian owns a large commercial landscape company in the area which Summer is an integral part of as well.

Summer has a passion for helping others and would love to partner with buyers to find their dream home and sellers to make the process of selling as easy as possible.
